There are two ways to register
yourself or your family at
Holy Spirit Parish.

1- Come into the office (26340 Soboba St.), and fill out a registration form or,
2- Call (909) 927-8544, or e-mail us (below), and we will mail or fax you the form for you to fill out at home.
This form must be signed and returned to the office for you to be officially registered.

If you would like to e-mail us to request the registration form, please include the following
information in the e-mail message:

1- Write your name and phone number,
2- Address (street - city - state and zip), and
3- Indicate whether you would like the form mailed or faxed to you.
